Happy owners of an old watermill since 2019, we have decided to share our little corner of paradise in the Charente with travelers from all walks of life. For this, we have renovated an independent two-room apartment, which we invite you to discover in the Photos section.

Located near a Natura 2000 site, our 6-hectare property includes an old farmhouse and its outbuildings, a wooded park, meadows, woods, a stream... and a spring! It's a very peaceful and relaxing place, ideal for recharging your batteries. In short, the name of our holiday rental was a natural choice, because in French, a spring is called "La Source".
